Dr. Zahn Bozanic is the William Hillison Professor of Accounting at Florida State University. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. in Economics from The University of Michigan, and a B.A. from The University of California at Berkeley. Before entering academia, he served as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo Bank and as an Investment Advisor with LPL Financial.

Dr. Bozanic serves as a testifying expert specializing in complex issues related to corporate disclosure, financial reporting, and regulatory enforcement, frequently addressing allegations of accounting fraud and insider trading. His research spans topics that include corporate disclosure, financial reporting misconduct, regulation, and enforcement. He has co-authored 20 peer-reviewed papers, including publications at premier journals such as The Accounting Review and the Journal of Accounting and Economics, and has presented his research at over 50 universities worldwide. In addition, he has co-authored an amicus brief before the U.S. Supreme Court, and his work has been cited by the financial media, in legal proceedings, and by the U.S. Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
