March 31, 2025. The Court in the Waste Management securities matter (Southern District of New York) certified a class of notes investors. Plaintiffs allege that Waste Management misled the market about the regulatory antitrust review of the merger between the company and Advanced Disposal Services, Inc., resulting in the merger not being completed by the End date, and the Notes being subject to mandatory redemption.
