Dr. Polek has over 20 years of experience and joins Crowninshield from The Brattle Group, an economic consulting firm, where she provided expert analysis to corporations on complex economic, finance, and regulatory issues. Previously, Dr. Polek analyzed mortgage-related investments for the research group of a money management firm, performed research on savings behavior at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER), and taught economics at both the graduate and undergraduate levels at Bentley University, the University of Houston, Downtown and University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
