On June 10, 2013, parties in the Idearc, Inc. securities litigation (Jan Buettgen et al. v. Katherine J. Harless et al.) agreed to a settlement. Plaintiffs had alleged that Defendants misrepresented the company’s business prospects. Dr. Feinstein was engaged by Plaintiffs in this matter to perform analyses of market efficiency, loss causation, and damages.
